In 2024 our congregation voted to become an Open and Affirming Congregation, adopting the following Covenant to formalize our long-standing practice of being welcoming to all.
TRINITARIAN CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH OPEN AND AFFIRMING COVENANT
We at Trinitarian Congregational Church of North Andover, Massachusetts strive to express God’s love by welcoming all of God’s children into our midst as full and participating members of our church community. All are welcome to participate in worship and the sacraments of our church family. We welcome all regardless of race, culture, politics, economic circumstances, age, marital status, family configuration, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation or expression, physical or mental abilities or expression of faith. Our church is God’s house and there is room for all regardless of their place on life’s spiritual journey. All are welcome. All belong.
