It has now been nearly four months since our Asset Mapping Event. The Strategic Planning Team and Partners for Sacred Places have met and reviewed the information that was generated during the event and the Final Report is attached. Please take a few minutes and review it. It is filled with great ideas, and captures the enthusiasm and creativity that was generated during the event. You’ll see from the many ideas that were generated, we won’t be able to do them all and will reach out, over time, to other stakeholders in the community to achieve our priorities.
I know from several conversations many of you are wondering “what is next?” Well, the next step is rapidly approaching – it’s time to create a Vision Statement for our Assets.
To accomplish our goal, I’d like to invite all members of the congregation to attend our Asset Mapping Visioning event on Saturday, August 23, 2025 from 9:00am to 2:00pm. The meeting will again be facilitated by Partners.
The purpose of the meeting will be to define our vision for the use of our assets, including building and land. During this activity, we will define boundaries that all future activities will have to align with, so that everyone who uses our facility has a shared vision.
